What happens to dental work or prosthetics during cremation?
Following cremation, only metal remnants remain. Any dental work or prosthetics will be separated and disposed of in accordance with medical regulations.
What types of urns are available, and how do I choose one?

Yes, cremated remains can be shipped worldwide. We can assist with these arrangements. If traveling by air, cremated remains can also be carried onboard. Crematories provide a travel certificate and seal the container for transportation upon request.
What is the difference between a burial urn and a scattering urn?
A burial urn is designed to hold the cremated remains permanently and can be interred in the ground or placed in a cemetery niche.
A scattering urn is temporary and holds the cremated remains until they are dispersed, such as during an ocean burial or at a cemetery scattering garden.
What should I do if I change my mind about cremation after pre-planning?
Pre-need arrangements can be altered at any time before the service. If you change your mind, notify your funeral director as soon as possible so that the appropriate permits and documentation can be updated.
Can personal items be included during cremation?
Yes, personal items can be included with your loved one, except for anything alcohol-based or containing batteries.
How long does it take to receive ashes after cremation?
Typically, the cremated remains are ready within 72 hours, unless an expedited process is requested.
